Jackie Gernaey founded TAB Suffolk-Long Island in 1999. Jackie has over 10,000 hours of coaching experience, has facilitated 1,000+ peer board meetings, and provides a wide range of business education, training, knowledge, experience, and expertise to her TAB members.

Jackie’s expertise in HR compliance and hiring provides members with the guidance and tools needed to handle one of the most unloved areas of a business owner’s life, build solid processes to optimize business operations, and cultivate a culture that allows business owners to enjoy going to work.

To her clients, she is a cheerleader, confidant, counselor, and brainstorming partner. Jackie listens closely to their needs and goals – to what they say and DON’T say – getting to the heart of what’s truly standing in the way of their professional success and personal happiness. She supports and guides them and holds them accountable for taking the action needed to drive vital change and growth.
